This project presents a contemporary residence in Peru, defined by clean geometric volumes, strong horizontal lines, and a refined combination of natural stone, dark wood, glass, and smooth neutral surfaces. Large glazed openings create a sense of transparency, while the contrast between solid materials and open spaces gives the architecture depth and character.

Integrated linear lighting highlights the building’s geometry and emphasizes the warmth of the materials. The landscaped entrance, textured stone walls, and covered carport complement the minimalist design, creating a sophisticated residential atmosphere.

Our contribution: Architectural visualization (ArchViz), focused on material representation, lighting, composition, and the overall visual presentation of the architectural project.
