This project presents a proposal for an apartment in Melgar, Colombia, brought to life through a cinematic walkthrough video. The design combines warm wood slats, light marble, and soft neutral tones with a decorative laser-cut screen, creating a welcoming, contemporary atmosphere that feels both elegant and relaxed.

The camera moves through the open-plan living and dining area, then past a backlit wooden display shelf and into a compact kitchen with a black marble countertop and white subway tiles. Warm accent lighting, realistic materials, and carefully styled details give the viewer a clear sense of how the space will look and feel before it is built.

Our contribution: Creation of the walkthrough video for this proposal, focusing on camera movement, lighting, materials, textures, composition, and realistic interior rendering.
