This 3.5 m² bathroom renovation in Bogotá was conceived with a minimalist aesthetic, where simplicity, functionality, and refined detailing come together to maximize a compact footprint. A harmonious palette of neutral tones creates a bright and understated backdrop, enhancing the sense of openness while allowing the carefully selected materials and finishes to take center stage.

The design is distinguished by vertically laid blue brick tiles, which introduce a subtle yet striking contrast. Their elongated arrangement draws the eye upward, visually increasing the perceived height of the space while adding texture, depth, and a calming sense of serenity. The rich blue tones bring character and sophistication without overwhelming the overall composition.

Our contribution: Architectural visualization (ArchViz), focusing on lighting, materials, textures, composition, and realistic interior rendering.
